Rather than producing slave units, Olympus manufacture underwater housings for their TTL hotshoe flashguns. The advantage of this is that once connected to the camera via the connection cable the flash will be fully synchronised. Also electronic triggering allows the cameras internal flash to be disabled which conserves power and eliminates possible light leakage.
